Spend five days exploring the wonders of Lima and Peru, visiting fascinating archeological sites and finding out about the ancient Inca civilizations.

Day 1
On arrival in Lima, you will be driven to the Miraflores Park Hotel. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure. 

Day 2
Fly to Cuzco (Cusco). On arrival, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to the Monasterio hotel. In the afternoons, visit the Capital of the Tahuantinsuyo Inca (Inka) Empire and then continue to the National Archaeological site of Sacsayhuaman, where the complex Sacsayhuaman, Qenpo, Puka Pucara and Tambomachay are found.

Day 3
Transfer to the train station to take the Hiram Bingham train journey to Machu Picchu which includes a glass of Mimosa (champagne with orange juice) and a Brunch on the train. The landscape changes, from the high plateau of Chincheros, to the impressive Urubamba river canyon to the spectacular slopes of the Vilcabamba mountains. On arrival, a short bus takes you up to the Lost City of the Incas. Enjoy a guided tour of this ancient citadel, followed by a typical English Afternoon Tea at the Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge.

Day 4
Explore further. Hike up Huanya Picchu or visit the Temple of the Moon. Have lunch at the Tinkuy restaurant at Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge. In the late afternoon return to Cuzco (Cusco) via Hiram Bingham, which includes a special cocktail plus dinner and transfer to the Hotel Monasterio.

Day 5
Transfer to Cuzco (Cusco) airport for the morning flight to Lima. Upon arrival, you will be driven to the Miraflores Park Hotel for a day use. Transfer to the airport for your international departure.
